The Service Staff at **CMA Colonial Honda** are absolutely AMAZING. During a road trip from Greenville, SC to Williamsburg with my daughters, my Pilot suffered a major transmission failure. After several area dealers turned us away, Helene at CMA stepped up, showed real empathy, and found a way to help us. We had to leave the car and get a rental. The very next day, the Service Manager, Mark, squeezed us into their packed schedule. He called with the tough diagnosis: the transmission was toast. Even though it didn't make sense to fix the car, Mark and Helene’s support didn’t stop there. For the next week and a half, they helped me coordinate removing my stuff, and the vehicle from their lot completely remotely—saving this single mom a 400-mile trip back to Virginia. Their outstanding customer service and genuine care turned a travel nightmare into a manageable situation. Honda owners in the Colonial Heights area are incredibly lucky to have such a competent, empathetic team. Great job, Mark and Helene!

I just purchased a 2024 HONDA CR-V at CMA Colonial Honda dealership in Colonial Heights, Virginia. The staff was so courteous, attentive and completely helpful from start to finish. My exceptional saleswoman, Augusta Lotts, worked with me for TWO DAYS STRAIGHT getting me the BEST TRADE-IN for my 2018 Honda CR-V so that I could buy a gently used (24,000 miles One local OWNER; ZERO accidents) updated model with all the upgrades of a new CR-V at a MUCH LOWER sale price! I knew she would be the person I'd like to work with prior to arriving. She is very courteous, respectful as well as patient. Most importantly she isn't pushy and works hard for your business. She keeps in mind the features you want as well as the budget price you're willing to spend. As with most people buying a new vehicle is a necessary burden. After about a month deciding on what was best we visited colonial Honda. Sometimes you get blessed with meeting the right people at the right time. And we met Augusta, from the start we knew we would stick with her. I have walked out on many salespeople and never returned. She is one of the most knowledgeable, accommodating, personable salespeople you will ever meet. And as older buyers who are dear with money she hung right with us. We ended up buying a beautiful ridgeline. We test drove every truck available and it fit best. With zero pressure from Augusta we test drove it on several occasions and was thoroughly impressed. Honda really stepped up on their vehicles. Also the financing was the easiest and less stressful you could ask for. Thank you Steve. After the sale we ordered a few additional parts. Mark and Crystal were exceptional also on accommodating us. A dealership that is not a “stealership” ^_^. I purposefully drive further from where I live for Honda services/repairs because the quality of this dealership is better than those closer to me. Services are always done properly. There’s no surprise-additional-work done without consent. If something comes up they’ll ask for permission through face to face conversation during the service appointment or by phone call or text. Appointment availability is good weekdays and Saturdays. Their waiting areas are comfortable, and the bathrooms are always clean. Service staff are always friendly and competent. Best of all, the rare occasions (count one hand over years of patronage) where something was annoying like an unusually long wait time or not liking the outcome of diagnostic - they listen to feedback/complaints, make things right, and not give you the run around to address any issues. If you’re shy and the type to only critique over surveys, they’ll still contact you to address your issues. Unless I move out of state/county this remains my preferred Honda Service Center.

I've been going there since 2008. I have owned multiple Honda vehicles. I've never had a complaint about the service department. Cma Honda is a good choice. I will always be a CMA Honda repeat offender😆

Great service today on our 2017 Honda Pilot. The service advisor, Mark Price, was both friendly and helpful! This dealership has good pricing as well. Overall a pleasant experience.

Dashawn is THE MAN! Made me feel right at home and ZERO sale pressure or awkward interrogation (ya know how some salespeople are). Look him up at Honda of Short Pump, he will get the keys for you.

She had everything prepped and ready for me to sign with the finance team. No one tried to play games or upsell me on junk I didn't need.
