Performance and Capacity

The 2018 Honda Ridgeline has a 3.5-liter i-VTEC V6 engine with direct injection, mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission. The powertrain makes 380 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque and comes available with an intelligent Variable Torque Management AWD system. Two-wheel drive models can tow up to 3,500 pounds, while AWD models have a maximum towing capacity of 5,000 pounds.

The Ridgeline's truck bed comes ready to handle whatever jobs you may have, with heavy-duty tie-down cleats, an In-Bed Trunk (7.3 cubic feet), and options to add a bed extender, in-bed cargo net, or a rear under-seat storage system to free up space. You also have the option to add crossbars, roof rails, a towing kit, and more. From wall to wall, the Ridgeline's bed is 60 inches long and has a total of 33.9 cubic feet.

Convenience and Entertainment

The Ridgeline has six trims: RT, Sport, RTL, RTL-T, RTL-E, and Black Edition. The base model comes equipped with a rearview camera, dual-action tailgate, integrated trailer hitch, truck-bed lights, push-button start, capless fuel filler, 60/40 split lift-up rear seat with under-seat storage. Standard entertainment includes a 200-watt audio system with 7 speakers and subwoofer and USB audio interface. The Sport adds remote engine start, Smart Entry, fog lights, three-zone climate control, and HomeLink universal transceiver.

The Ridgeline RTL has all the features of lower trims, plus heated front seats, an acoustic windshield, leather-wrapped steering wheel, heated exterior mirrors, leather-trimmed interior. The RTL-T gives you 8-inch Display Audio with touchscreen, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, HondaLink, SMS text function, HD and Sirius XM Radio, and the Honda Satellite-Linked Navigation System with voice recognition.

Upper trims feature a one-touch power moonroof, power sliding rear window, LED headlights with auto on/off, 150-watt truck bed power outlet, heated steering wheel, LED ambient interior lighting, a premium audio system, and Truck-Bed Audio. The Black Edition also includes perforated black leather seating with black and red interior accents.

Safety and Tech

The 2018 Ridgeline earned a 5-Star Overall Rating from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration*. 

The RTL-T trim and higher feature Honda LaneWatch, an advanced blind spot monitoring system. Upper trims add the Honda Sensing suite of features, including Collision Mitigation Braking, Lane Keeping Assist, Adaptive Cruise Control, automatic high beams, and Road Departure Mitigation.
